The northern province of Bac Kinh will host four out of 40 sports in the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31), namely boxing, kickboxing, tennis and handball. The province has basically completed the upgrading work of its 2,500-seat gymnasium to serve boxing and kickboxing events slated for May 6-22 with 150 athletes. Also for the Games, the newly-built Hanaka Paris Ocean Park tennis court complex in Tu Son city will be the venue for regional tennis players. Built on a land area of 10 hectares with an investment of more than 120 billion VND, the Hanaka Paris Ocean Park tennis court complex is the largest cluster of courts in Vietnam.
