The men’s beach handball at SEA Games 31 began in Ha Long city of the north-eastern province of Quang Ninh on May 6. In the opening match, the Phillipines defeated Thailand 2-0. The beach handball event, which sees competitions of only the men’s teams, will take place at the beach of Tuan Chau Island on the southwest side of Ha Long City, from 6 to 11 May 2022.
